On May 9, 2018, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between THTI Holding Co., Ltd. and the People's Government of Weihai City, Shandong Province was held. The People's Government of Huancui District signed a cooperation agreement with the Beijing Shuangchuang Street Investment Management Co., Ltd for the Shuangchuang Ecological Industrial Zone. Zhang Haibo, Mayor of Weihai City, Zhang Wei, Deputy Mayor, and Zhang Hongpu, Xu Ming, and Wang Dazhi, leaders of Huancui District attended the signing ceremony.
The Secretary of the Huancui District Mr. Zhang Hongpu delivered a speech. The mayor Xu Ming presided over the ceremony. Zhang Wei and Wang Dazhi signed contracts on behalf of the municipal and district governments. Chairman of THTI Holdings, Chairman of Beijing Double Creative Street Investment Cheng Fang, Senior Vice President of THTI Holdings, and Miao Yingwei, Managing Director of Beijing Double Creation Street Investment, Xiao Runmin, Investment Supervisor of Beijing Shuangchuang Street, and Principal Leaders of the relevant departments of the district attended the ceremony.
