After completed his education from overseas, Mr. Gan joined Guangcai 49 Group, served as Assistant President. He highly involved in private enterprises investment, financing, acquisition and reorganization. In 2006, he joined Xingpai Group management team, served as general manager. He did a lot of researches and analysis on energy, tele-communication, financial, manufacture and agriculture industry. He accomplished 4 companies private equity investment, with billions (RMB) of investment.
