Managing Director of Legend Capital

Mr. WANG Junfeng Joined Legend Capital in 2004 as an Associate, and was later promoted to Vice President, Senior Vice President and then Executive Director. He is now a Managing Director of the firm in charge of consumption & services investments.

Mr. Wang has nearly a decade’s work experience in IT and chemical industries, and has accumulated solid investment and research expertise in Growth Capital investment. He led/participated in investments including Boloni, BGE(603588.SH), Sunshine Paper (02002.HK), Hanwha SolarOne (the former SolarFun) (NASDAQ:HSOL), Hiconics (300048.SZ), GeoEnviron Engineering&Technology(603588.SH), Chinainvent(834024.OC), Materials Industry Zhongda Group (600704.SH), KAWIN technology, Techen Electronic Technology, Ucar, etc.

Mr. Wang holds an MBA degree in International Finance from McMaster University and Bachelor degree in Polymer Chemistry from Lanzhou University.
