Andy GE is a Managing Partner of CDC (Diligence Capital). Prior to CDC, Andy worked for Partners Group where he was in charge of fund structuring and investment solutions in China. Earlier in his career he worked for the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council of the PRC, where he participated in drafting more than 30 pieces of legislation in the fields of finance, capital markets, investments, industry policy, SOE regulation and private equity/venture capital. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree of Laws from China Foreign Affairs University and a Master's degree of Laws in Banking and Finance from University College London
