She is also experienced in cross-border merger and acquisition, familiar with China’s industrial policies in the high-tech industry. She has worked in relevant industry for over 25 years and has accumulated valuable networking resources. Aileen aims to help enterprises to find their strategic position aligned with their long-term development plan, accurately position themselves in Chinese and international capital markets, help enterprises to develop their core strategic market, to expand along the value chain through merger and acquisition.Aileen was a Partner at GSR Ventures, the largest US dollar fund specialising in China’s high-tech industry, Vice President of Business Development at AMD, Senior Director of Strategic Development at Nokia Corporation, and took senior management positions at Ericsson and Nortel Networks.Ms. Jiang also worked in collaboration with the CPC Central Committee Organisation Department in a seven years project, offering training on industry and modern management with over 230 senior leaders of the Chinese central and provincial governments, and state owned enterprises.
