MBA of Tsinghua University. With the investment management experience of 20 years, Mr. Wu is engaged in futures, stock and equity investment, knows quite well the ivnestment instruments and products of both home and abroad, and is proficient in asset allocation. Before establishing Shanda Investment, he was the parterner and East-China General Manager of Kunwu Jiuding Investment Management Co., Ltd., where he achieved superior results and contributed greatly to the East-China team building; before that, he was Overseas Investment Senior Manager of Fidelity China, and vice chief representative of its Representative Office in China; Mr. Wu also was the vice preseident and supervisor of Sales and Finance Department of Bank of China Investment Management Co., Ltd.. Therefore, he has real rich experience in corporation operation management, project cooperation and investment management.

He manages more than 20 equity investment funds and FOF, amounting to nearly RMB10 billion.  He is in charge of the iniciating organization and standing director organization of China FOF Union and has wide and deep relationship in the field of fund management at home and abroad. He carried out deep research on the FOF management and worked out a standardized investment process from selection, investigation to appraisal. In the fields of the investment management of FOF and governmental fund guide, he obtained rich theoretical and practical experiences, especially in resource integration with original ideas on indutrial investment and linked investment between FOF and sub-fund. Meanwhile, Mr. Wu is the honorary professor of Shanghai Communication University, Fudan University, and Zhejiang University, and also invited to act as a special consultant of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange Center.。
