Mr.Lin owns an EMBA Degre from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS),a Master Degre in Finance from Lancaster Universityand a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Renmin University of China.

Before founding DNV Capital,Mr Lin was the partner of CDF Capital Previously,he served in CDHinvestments and was responsible for the vcbusiness in South China.Whle working for ZTE investment department,he was in charge of multiple investment projects in Asia,Afica and NorthAmerica.

Mr Lin has 20 years of ich experience in financial and strategic investment areas.He has led investment in a series of projects in the Healthcare,Innovative Technology and TMT,including Poly Pharm(300630.SZ),Vessix Vascular Inc.,Venus Medtech (2500.HK),Broncus(2216.HK),Sorrento (SRNE.NASDAQ),Geneseeq.CANbridgepharma(1228.HK),Yingliu Electromechanical (603308.SH),Bethel Auto Safety (603596.SH)and APTElectronics(836789SZ).
