Michael Yang, the chairman of Beijing Inno Town Commercial Operation Management Co., Ltd. He has previously served as vice president of Hanergy Holding Group, director of group M&A centre and executive president of product development group. He was in charge of overseas investment, merger and acquisition, product R&D and industrial park development. Before Hanergy, he had held management positions and entrepreneurship in private equity fund, angel fund, management consulting and public relations industries.

Hold an EMBA from CEIBS, an MSc in IT from the University of Nottingham and an MBA from the Glasgow Caledonian University.
