On September 18, 2023, under the comprehensive promotion of ZVCA, the three major financial cooperation projects of AIM (i.e. the UAE International Investment Annual Conference), namely the China-UAE International Capital Center, AIM China-UAE International Wealth Center Alliance, and AIM China Office, were officially settled in the Beijing municipal administrative center. The unveiling ceremony and signing event were successfully held at the Beijing International Wealth Center in the Canal Business District. The Minister of Commerce of the United Arab Emirates to China, and Meng Jingwei, the Secretary of the Tongzhou District Committee, and Zheng Hao, the Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and District Mayor, and Dawood, the Chairman of the UAE International Investment Conference and AIM Global Foundation, and Wang Shaojie, the President of ZVCA, and Zhao Yong, the Chairman of Fuhua International Group and the Honorary President of ZVCA, as well as the finance, business, and economic and information departments of Tongzhou District attended the event.

Wang Shaojie, president of ZVCA, said that in recent years, under the national initiative of "the Belt and Road" , ZVCA has been constantly exploring new plans for exchanges and cooperation with the Middle East, especially with the United Arab Emirates, to establish a new model of industrial and capital, innovation and development cooperation between China and the United Arab Emirates, and actively build a bridge for bilateral investment and industrial collaborative development with high-quality partners from UAE, including AIM. The implementation of three cooperation projects this time aims to help Tongzhou District and Beijing International Wealth Center open up a new situation of cooperation with Middle Eastern capital and achieve the strategic goal of win-win cooperation.

In the event, the District Vice-governor Wu Kong'an and the Minister of Commerce of the United Arab Emirates to China delivered congratulatory speeches, both expressing their hope to use the implementation of three financial cooperation projects as an opportunity for deep cooperation, to further promote cooperation between the two countries in financial fields such as capital, and bring more happiness to the people and enterprises of both countries.
