Etihad Rail, the national railway company of the United Arab Emirates, recently announced that it has awarded the civil works and stations package for the Abu Dhabi-Dubai High-Speed Rail (HSR) project to two international joint ventures at a value in the tens of billions of dollars. Both China State Construction and China Harbour are included in the winning consortia, once again demonstrating the global competitiveness of "China Infrastructure"!
